Swimming with crossed arms

The child tries to swim fifteen meters with their arms crossed — all propulsion comes from the legs. To increase the difficulty, do not allow switching to a back-floating position. This is primarily a safety drill: in situations like a cramp, the child must still reach the pool's edge or cover a distance with limited limbs. It also builds water understanding, as the child must adjust their body position and find a new way to move forward.
