Body Wave on the Back
In this exercise the body wave is performed on the back. The principle stays the same: the legs are together and the movement comes from the hips for at least 15 metres. The movement from the hips is easier for most children on the back. In addition, the exercise can raise the pulse considerably, which can lead to shortness of breath on the front. On the back the children can breathe freely and fully concentrate on the movement from the hips as well as on the feel of the water in the legs.
