Slalom diving
In the water, there are three offset underwater hoops, spaced about one and a half meters apart. The child dives through these three hoops in a slalom pattern, passing all of them in a single dive. Breathing between the hoops is not allowed. The arms and legs can be used freely to move underwater. The pool should be approximately chest-deep for the child during this exercise. This exercise aims to train underwater directional changes, which are necessary to reach the offset hoops.
