Touch at the Pool Wall

The child swims breaststroke to the wall and touches the edge of the pool with both hands at the same time. Then it draws its legs up, slowly at first and faster later, and tips to the side at the same time. This exercise trains the start of the tumble-style breaststroke turn in isolation. The synchronous touch is efficient and complies with the rules in competitive breaststroke.
